Hurrchan runs a horribly coded and fucked up bastard child of Kusaba X and several crackwhores. No one really knows how it works at this point. If you notice something not working right, please report it to services@hurrchan.net.
The basic idea of Hurrchan is laziness. I don't really care what is posted and discussed, as long as it's not illegal content or spam/advertising.
